Whether you’re gifting your little people in your life something for Christmas, for their birthday, or just because, it’s a toy jungle out there­—which is why I’ve decided to round up some of my top choices to help you out!

Now, you might notice a pattern in my shopping sources, but that’s not because this article is sponsored in any way by them. It’s simply because, as a mommy of two, I have invested countless hours shopping for clothes, toys and anything and everything else you might need for baby—and I have dubbed the retailers on my list my “old faithfuls.” Because of their merchandise assortment, ease and convenience in the overall shopping experience, quality and return policy, I find myself leaning on them regularly. I mean, really, who wants to be running all over town doing returns at more than one (maaaybe two) places? Not me, that’s who!

I do wish to note that I purposefully did not include any children’s books on this list because I’ll actually be creating a separate reading list in an upcoming blog. Cool temps are here to stay, and what better way to welcome them than with an article all about outerwear? Coats and jackets should have what it takes to get you through another chilly season of looking great and staying warm, so how do you know if yours has it? Look no further than this guide. I’ll walk you through some up-to-the-minute outerwear styles, and quickly—because I know you’re a busy gal. Here’s the run down.

Puffers have been a winter staple for at least the last few seasons. I love that a puffer can be sporty, luxe, or even have feminine details like sparkle and bows. No matter your style, a puffer is a fashionably warm way to express your personality. (See image above for FARFETCH puffer, $158)

Animal prints are another great way to add charisma to your outerwear game. We all want to look and feel our best, even if there’s no real place to be or meeting to go to.
